Roland DGA (Roland DGA Store) team values its customers and stands behind the
quality of Roland certified supplies and accessories. On new items sold
and fulfilled through the Roland DGA Store, we offer a 30-day return after
delivery for credit, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase
other than the Exceptions below. Note a 25% restocking fee will be
charged on each item authorized for return, unless the item has been damaged,
is defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.
Exceptions
Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, our 30-day return policy
excludes the following since we cannot restock these items for resale:

closeout items
-
refurbished
items
-
opened items
such as software, adhesive sheets, print heads
Please contact our customer service department and they will guide you through the return
process. If you would like to return an item purchased through the Roland DGA
Store, do not return it to your dealer. Roland customers in the Americas

Instructions To Return An Item
To return a package, follow the return instructions given by the return representative. The return representative will
give you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) with return instructions.
For your protection, we recommend you keep the tracking number and receipt of
your return. Roland DGA cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in
transit to our warehouse. Note: For damaged, defective or incorrect product,
Roland DGA will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Returns for Credit
Returns for credit will be processed and refunded to your credit card within 2
weeks of receipt of your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your monthly statement. If you desire more timely
verification of your credit, you may call your credit card issuer. The amount
refunded will be product price plus tax, if tax was applied. Shipping fees are
not refundable, unless we shipped you damaged, defective or incorrect product.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card unless the item was
damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
Closeout and Refurbished
Products Terms of Sale:
Closeout Products: All sales are final. These are new products in original factory condition and packaging that have recently been
discontinued by Roland DGA (Roland DGA Store). They are available only while
quantities last. In order to provide you with these savings and to move final
quantities, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or
defective in which case your remedy is replacement with the same model or
equivalent. See Terms of Sale and Conditions.
Refurbished Items: All sales are final. These are items that have been returned to Roland DGA (Roland DGA Store). They have been
inspected and tested to ensure they perform properly. Some may have minor
blemishes due to handling. They are available only while quantities last. In
order to provide these savings and to move final quantities, we cannot accept
returns unless the product arrived damaged or defective in which case your
remedy is replacement with the same item or equivalent. See Terms of Sale and

Terms of Sale and Conditions for Closeout and Refurbished Items: These
refurbished Roland DGA items are offered for sale only to customers residing
within the continental United States. Inventory of products is limited to
supply on hand. Prices do not include sales tax, where applicable, or shipping
charges.
